We are based in the USA out of Las Vegas, NV. All of our wall art is designed, manufactured, and shipped from the USA. We do not use overseas factories to mass produce low quality artwork for cheap prices.

As your artwork will be printed on demand just for you, most orders currently ship within 2-3 business days. Again, we don't use overseas factories to rush your artwork out one or two days quicker looking subpar so you can regret hanging it on your wall for the next 5-10 years.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships; normally within 2-3 business days of ordering.

If you are unhappy with your order, you have 30 days to send it back and request a refund of the full purchase price minus shipping. Your order must arrive back to us within 30 days of delivery in order to qualify for a refund. 

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, we are happy to send you a replacement piece at no cost to you, provided that you notify us within 48 hours of delivery of the damage, and provide photographic evidence of your damaged item. Free replacement pieces will be sent out at our sole discretion after reviewing evidence of damage.

We sell canvas wraps. That means the artwork is printed on a high quality canvas which is then stretched and wrapped over a wooden backing frame. All of our canvas wraps are full 1.5" gallery thickness, as opposed to the flimsy thinner wraps that some other sites sell. We do not sell posters; you can buy those at the mall.
